Order Process and Shipping

This page explains our Order Process and Shipping policies. Please read the carefully.

a) Order processing
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. Please allow me 1-2 days to process your order. If parts are on stock, we will ship them out right after we approved your order.

For kit’s that are not on stock, we will order the aluminium packages at our local (Dutch) supplier. It takes appr 3-4 weeks to order your kit, have it cnc cut, bended and delivered at our workshop. We will then pack your kit in a sturdy wooden crate if ordered, and ship it to your address.

You will receive another email once the order is processed and to let you know your kit is on the way!

b) Local delivery
The prefered method for delivering your order is shipping.

Wooden Shoe Jetboats (WSJB) is selling product only in the European Economic Area (EEA). During checkout your country of residence will be verified. Delivery (shipping) is available only for countries that are membered to the EEA. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your country is not eligible for local delivery from the webshop. In such case, please contact me directly.

For standard postal packages I use PostNL as prefered carrier. Pricing for postal packages will be calculated during checkout (PostNL fee). For large cargo I use a freight carrier. Large cargo always uses custom pricing, and will be quoted separately. Depending on the items in your card any of these 2 shipping options will be available. During checkout, enter your address details and choose the available shipping option.

When your order is paid for, processed and ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information from the carrier. Domestic delivery is usually in 1-2 days after pickup. International transport depends on carrier and distance, but 5-10 days after pickup is to be expected.

c) Local pickup
I do not run a physical shop at the moment, therefore local pickup is only possible after making an appointment. After your order has been processed I will contact you by phone or email to make an appoinment.

d) Damages
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at sales@woodenshoejetboats.eu with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these claims on a case-by-case basis, and I will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
