Designed for DIY enthusiasts and speed-lovers, this robust, 2-person mini jetboat hull is the perfect base for an exhilarating build. At 3.4 meters long and 1.5 meters wide, this fun little vessel offers stability and agility in a compact package.
Designed for Performance and Stability
The WSJB 300 features an aggressive 12-degree deadrise and an integrated trim flap, making it exceptionally stable on the water and virtually impossible to tip over—giving you confidence for high-speed turns and wakes.
It’s been engineered for an ideal fit with a Rotax ACE 900 (Sea-Doo Spark) engines, positioning the hull and engine bay perfectly for maximum efficiency and power. The engine bay is large enough to fit with larger / stronger engines if you so desire.
Premium Marine-Grade Construction
Built to last, the hull kit is crafted from high-quality aluminum.
- 5mm plates are used for the critical hull-plate and chines, providing maximum durability.
- 3mm plates form the rest of the structure.
- The large stringers included in the kit add significant extra strength and rigidity.
Every piece is CNC laser-cut and machine-bent for a perfect, factory-precise fit. This ensures easy welding and a clean, professional finish, even for first-time builders.
Customize Your Build
We give you the flexibility to install the intake system you prefer:
- The hull plate and transom come standard without cut-outs, allowing you to fit your own custom intake.
- Prefer an easy solution? We offer pre-cut plates designed specifically for Seadoo Spark Intakes, just select this option when ordering!
- Or select one of our other Intake Options if you desire another pre-fabricated, ready-to-install intake assembly.
What’s Included in the DIY Kit?
The DIY-KIT is a complete, ready-to-weld package that gets you started. In addition to the precision-cut aluminum plates, your kit includes:
- A high windscreen to protect against spray and wash.
- A sturdy bulkhead and an engine bay cover.
- All necessary hull components (see the complete list below).
- A comprehensive Construction Manual (paperback, with PDF available on request).
- A DoC (Declaration of Conformity) to assist with personal registration.

The completed boat has an overall dimension of 340 x 154 x 110 cm and an approximate dry weight of only 150 kg.
