Frequently Asked Questions
Is the kit difficult to weld?
The DIY kit features interlocking tabs and precision-cnc-cut plates to make alignment as easy as possible. However, a good understanding of TIG/MIG welding is recommended.
What else do I need to finish the boat?
Both versions are sold as empty hulls. You will need to provide the jet pump, engine/motor, steering system, seat, controls, etc.
Can I use it in saltwater?
Yes, our marine-grade materials are built for durability, though we always recommend a freshwater rinse after every session.
